As a SaaS solution, Business Central’s functionality is delivered through a monthly subscription license that includes storage, hosting, and uninterrupted access to your data and applications. In addition to the basics above, Business Central Premium includes service management and manufacturing capabilities.
Per-person licenses for additional users are Team Member or Device licenses. Team Member licenses are for individual users; Device licenses are for communal devices like POS, shop floor, or warehouse devices.
