SAP Business One 9.0 (now available) contains several Localizations enhancements and core additions meant to support the growing needs of the small and medium enterprise companies. So, what’s new in SAP Business One 9.0 Localizations?

SAP Business One 9.0 has new enhancements with regards to Intrastat Integration. This new feature enables an end to end process intrastat integrated solution while maintaining existing add-on capabilities. A new configuration form is now available. Marketing documents now has additional relevant intrastat columns like country of origin, incoterms and transport mode. An intrastat settings tab has been added in the Item Master and Business Partner Master Data screens for Intrastat related items and business partners. This version now has a new intrastat declaration wizard. The importing and filtering options have been enhanced and reported data can now be stored. This feature is available in all EU localizations.
Benefits of this new feature include decrease in data duplication, improved functionality which enhances usability and no add-on overhead.
The Payment Wizard now supports correction invoices to be process to a bank file. This feature is available in CZ, SK, HU, PL and RU localizations. This allows greater flexibility in banking and handles country specific legal requirements.
SAP Business One 9.0 now also handles deferred tax on journal entries. The specific part of VAT-deferred tax can now be posted in a manual journal entry document. This also applies to journal vouchers, recurring postings and posting/transaction templates. This capability is available in CT, FR, IT, GT, MX, ZA and ES locations. This function enhances flexibility in the customer accounting process and addresses country specific requirements for VAT.
