In some cases, you can purchase directly from us—but licensing must still be activated through your partner.

FAQ – How to Buy NAV-X Products

Can I try NAV-X products before I buy them?

Yes! If you’re using Business Central, you can test any NAV-X extension directly through the Extension Marketplace inside your tenant. For NAV users, reach out to your partner—or to us—and we’ll walk you through available options.

Do I need a developer to install your solutions?

Not at all. NAV-X products are designed for fast, no-code implementation. Most features work right out of the box, and we or your partner can assist if needed.

What if my Business Central partner isn’t on your authorized list?

No problem. We’re happy to collaborate with your existing partner or help you find one that fits your needs. You can still implement and license NAV-X solutions—we’ll guide the process.

Do you offer support during or after installation?

Yes! Our support team and consultants are available to help you or your partner—before, during, and after implementation.

How do I purchase from Microsoft AppSource?

From inside your Business Central tenant, go to:
Extension Management → Extension Marketplace, then search for the NAV-X product you’re interested in. Install the trial to test functionality, and purchase directly in your environment.
